DESCRIPTION:Before the Broward County Convention Center opened in 1990\, the late auto dealer Rick Case got the rights to put on the Fort Lauderdale International Auto Show at the center as a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County. As the show gained popularity\, increasing in size each year\, Rick Case realized that he needed help producing the show. \nEncouraging other auto dealers in the South Florida community to participate\, Rick Case was able to secure the full support of the South Florida Automobile Dealers Association (SFADA). We meet the last Sunday morning of each month at Hardy Park Bistro in Fort Lauderdale.  All classic European brands are welcome as well. \nCoffee & Classics is not a juried car show\, but rather a casual Sunday morning gathering to keep the old gears oiled. This event is not about how much money you paid for the newest Italian super-car\, but rather about driving your European classic as it was meant to be driven. From Aston to Zagato\, or Alfa to VW\, it doesn’t matter\, just drive it.

The Antique Automobile Club of America’s South Florida Region’s car club will be with us showcasing cars from 1916\, when Vizcaya was a private home\, all the way through 1968. Owners will be with their cars so you can learn about the cars\, the time period\, and take photos. \nWe will also raffle off a free Family Membership on-site that day! \nThe car show is free and open to the public. Cars are for display purposes only. Please note that this event does not include or grant visitors free access to the east side of the estate\, which requires separate admission. \n    \n
