Multiple online sources have reported that the Ussery Automotive Group has sold the Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables and Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay dealerships. The price tag: $150 Million for both dealerships.
The South Florida Business Journal and CBTNews both report that the $150 Million price tag was just for the real estate, but that the total price was over $650 Million.
The Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables is located at 300 Almeira Avenue.
The Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay is located off the Florida Turnpike at 10701 SW 211 Street.
