1966 Lotus Elan S2 Convertable.
Mileage shows 3,840. His wife said the car was rarely driven and always kept in the garage.
I have a baby and another on the way, so unfortunately, this classic has to be one of the things I let go.
This car has been garage kept its entire life, was in storage when we found it. It’s really in great shape for the year. Clean clear title. Recently transferred from the original owner who passed away.
We have not attempted to start the car yet, I assume it needs work. But we ran a camera through the spark plug holes, and the pistons look good, no rust or anything to suggest its locked up. I don’t want to attempt to start it until I’ve swapped all fluids and oils and drained the gas tank. I just don’t have the time I thought I would have.
Car comes with lots of original lotus paperwork, books, and manuals, including the mechanics manual. Most of which are in amazing shape or plastic wrapped.
