Rare Euro model (not offered in US) 240td diesel wagon. Legendary bulletproof 2.4l 4 cyl diesel will outlive us all. Runs well tons of new parts on motor, incl hydraulic suspension system. Euro headlights
Odo reads 106k, def possible but tmu.
Needs some tlc and is missing the rain gutter trim pieces. Some riveted rust repair in the floor pans and roof dent (tree strike I believe. I have a new roof rail, comes with sale). Rebuilt title. Needs alignment. Runs and drives like a slow but sturdy 240. Somewhere btwn a tractor and a school bus. Trans shifts a lil rough but runs through all the gears. It’s a 240 diesel, she’ll get you there every time just not in a hurry . All of which explains the $2500 for a car that would be over $10k in great condition. (Search Bring a trailer for 240td sale)
IMHO …This one’s a driver, but a cool rare one at that. Or a project to restore, which I don’t have the time to do. Car has AC, everything is in place, but compressor not mounted /hooked up to block or lines. Both come with the sale. Purchased one that was claimed to work but I am unsure as I haven’t installed it yet. At worst you’ve got a good core.
