A Keijid艒sha car or a “Kei car”, or light automobile, is a vehicle category in Japan that’s made up of the smallest highway-legal passenger cars. The Kei car category was created by the Japanese government in 1949, shortly after the end of World War II. The Kei car has since become one of Japans most successful and most popular vehicles, accounting for over a third of domestic car sales.
This 29 year old example, titled in Ohio, has LESS THAN 10,000 miles (comes with a metric instrument cluster reading 15,651 km)! She is in excellent condition cosmetically as well as having been highly maintained; oil and filter change and a brake flush earlier this year.
– Factory equipment includes 12″ factory wheels with almost new tires (less than 500 miles on them) with wheel stylish covers, a folding rear seat with an integrated parcel shelf that doubles as a luggage net, power front windows, air conditioning and a cassette player, pop out rear windows and rear mud flaps. There have been no known modifications.
Power comes from a 656cc 3 cylinder engines, which produces 41 horsepower and 39 lb-ft of torque. It spins the front wheels via a 3 speed automatic transmission.
