Up for sale is a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, Laramie, 5.9 Cummins with only 121k miles. 1998 was not only the first year for the 24v cummins, but it was the first year for updated interior as well as the rear opening doors, and this one has all three. This truck is SLT Laramie optioned, which has everything you could want or need including the floor shift 4 wheel drive, steering wheel cruise control, power windows and locks, and Power tow mirrors. The inside of the truck is extremely nice, with no rips or tears. Climbing inside feels like getting in a brand new 1998, it is that nice. None of the buttons are worn off, the dash is not cracked or split anywhere and has no sun damage even which shows you how well this truck was kept. As for the exterior you have a beautiful two tone Intense Blue Pearl and Silver Metallic paint that shine like new. You get compliments on the truck anywhere you take it due to how you just don’t see 2nd Generation trucks in this condition. It goes without saying this is a truck anyone would be proud to own.
As for the maintenance it is perfect. The truck just completed our full front to back service a few days ago. In our front to back service there is no expense spared, inspecting and replacing anything not within perfect factory spec, including 4 brand new 10 ply tires. The truck is smooth as glass on and off the interstate. You can tell a lot about these Dodge trucks by how they shift through the gears, and this one is crisp like new. Most people don’t know you are supposed to do a transmission service and band adjustment every 30k miles (which this one just received again this week as well as no questions asked front to back maintenance). The truck leaves nothing to be desired, and you will see what I mean the first time you take it for a drive. It’s smooth on or off the interstate, and free of any clunks/rattles/or shakes. This truck will speak for itself when you drive it.
