Up for sale is a very remarkable condition, 5.9 Cummins “Sport” edition. The truck has just over 87k miles, which is nothing for a truck with this driveline, as everyone knows. The Sport trucks of this year were some of the best-looking trucks that have ever existed in my opinion, they had the factory paint matched bumpers/grill. This is a truck that gets compliments wherever you go, because you just don’t see them around this clean. One of the tell-tale signs about how a truck was used is how clean the underside is. The underside of this truck looks new still, as it spent its entire life out west.
As for the paint on the truck, it shines like new. This is a truck that looks as good as the pictures, and even the pickiest guys would be thrilled to own. The interior is on the same level as the rest of the truck I have described. Being the SLT/Sport, it has all options you could want in a truck including steering wheel cruise control, power windows/locks, overhead display, floor shift 4-wheel drive, sliding rear window. The seats look fantastic, as well as the carpet and everything else about the inside. There is no wear and tear like you see on most of them, and again anyone would be proud to own it. It feels like you are hopping in a new 20-year-old truck. Whoever gets this will see what I mean.
As for maintenance it is very obvious. The fluids are clean and stay clean, and it’s just all around cared for mechanically as well as it was cosmetically. You can tell everything you need to know about these trucks by how they drive, and most importantly how they shift through the gears, and this one is crisp like new. Most people don’t know you are supposed to do a transmission service and band adjustment every 30k miles (which this one just received again this week as well as no questions asked front to back maintenance). The truck leaves nothing to be desired, and you will see what I mean the first time you take it for a drive. Its smooth on or off the interstate, and free of any clunks/rattles/or shakes. This truck will speak for itself when you drive it. Same with the floor shift 4-wheel drive, it goes right in and right out of 4×4 without hesitation. You will make all the decisions for yourself the first time you take it for a drive. There are no clunks/rattles/shakes on or off the interstate, and it leaves nothing to be desired. It was just serviced within the last week, including the fuel filter, oil change and filter, new 10 ply tires, front brakes and rotors, and anything else that was needed to make it pristine.
