Up for sale is an excellent condition Ram “Sport” package with the reliable 5.9 Cummins engine, 6-speed manual transmission and only 59k original miles. To me, one of the most important parts about buying a truck of this Era is the underside, floorboards, frame, and how well it was stored. The truck is a Southern truck and hasn’t been in the elements, meaning it is super clean and perfectly preserved top and bottom. Spotless as spotless gets on the underside, including brake lines. The frame is deep black and is nice as it gets period. When you crawl underneath it you would swear you are getting under a 2023 not a 2006, its truly impressive to say the least. The truck is a factory Sport option, which comes with painted to match bumpers and grill. It looks extremely classy and gets compliments wherever you go. The paint shines like a new truck, and as it should with only 59k miles. This Gloss Red is the most sought-after paint color on these Sport trucks, and you hardly ever see them. The 2006 is also the best year to get because it still had the 5.9 engine but had the updated front end and headlight design over the previous 2005 style. The first time you walk around the truck it will speak for itself, as it has been kept in a heated garage when it wasn’t being driven, and it wasn’t driven as a daily driver but more of a weekend rig. The chrome wheels look as good as the paint and have been waxed as often as the paint. The interior matches the outside and is as close to getting in a new 2006 as you can get, it even smells like a new truck. There is no wear on any of the buttons, and plain and simple top bottom left and right the truck leaves nothing to be desired. This is one of those trucks, you know the ones that just are in a class all on their own.
These 6-speed trucks always sell the quickest, especially being a Sport. The truck is like buying a brand-new truck, back when they were still good before emissions and all the issues.
