Up for bid is a very clean rust free 2006 Subaru Baja. Only 85,209 miles. It is equipped with the 2.5 Liter engine and all wheel drive transmission. Ice cold A/C, power windows, door locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, and power moonroof. The car was hit in the back with damage to the rear tailgate, rear bumper, cover, and left, tail lights. (See pictures). No frame damage. I replaced the tail lights and the plastic covers on the rear tailgate and repaired the rear bumper cover. The car has the normal surface rust underneath nothing rusted through just normal surface rust on a car that is 17 years old.The dog legs are in pretty good shape just a minor amount of bubbling on the one side. The interior is in great shape with the exception of one small wear spot on the back of the driver seat. The 2.5 L engine starts right up, idles smooth, has plenty of power and doesn’t burn a drop of oil. It has the normal Subaru boxer engine noise. It runs and drives great. I have made several trips from New Jersey to Florida and haven’t had any problems whatsoever. I have installed a trailer hitch to tow my JetSki and only towed maybe 5 times with it locally. It goes down the road straight as an arrow. The exhaust is in great shape. No leaks at all, and no rust. The brakes are in excellent condition. It could use a set a tires and a good detailing. It does have a few scratches here and there, but really no dents on the body and the paint shines very well. I bought this car from Co Part. This is about my tenth Subaru, Baja and they are going way up in value so here is your chance to own one with very low miles. Nice solid body nice interior. I lost the title, so I was able to get a transferable registration from Vermont and then I transferred it to a clean New Jersey title, so It can be registered and insured in any state.
