I got a great deal on this JSW (car was in bad shape, see extensive list of repairs below) back in July, while looking for a long term daily driver to replace my 1983 Mercedes 240d. Unfortunately my wife started complaining about “diesel allergies,” and I am just not going to win this one. This car is in great mechanical shape now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it to Alaska and back; I’ve put about 2,000 miles on it thus far, and I will add a few more while it gets sold. Cosmetically it does need some TLC, more details below.

The good: Car is in excellent mechanical condition, the following has been done to it under my ownership (receipts available)
*New suspension everything, front and rear (struts, shock absorbers, control arms, stabilizer links, etc)
*New brakes, including rotors, front and rear
*New alternator
*New clutch (single stage Valeo kit; very little rattle), flywheel, master cylinder, etc
*New rear main seal
*New clutch position sensor
*New timing belt, water pump with metal impeller, serpentine belt and related.
*New headliner
*New windshield
*New tires
*4-wheel alignment
*All water leaks have been fixed (from the pano roof, the windshield, the AC engine air intake, the hood release cable, etc), and I sealed off the pano for good measure.
*All fluids were flushed and all filters replaced.
*European (blind spot) side view mirrors from ECS.
*I will include 2 CP3 pumps (rebuilt and shipped from Europe) with the car, and the CP3 retrofit kit. I will also include the 3GR blanking kit from Darkside.
*New, higher performance, Rawtek cat and resonator kit (stage 1).
*98,400 miles.
*No rust at all.
*New nano-whatever window tints (not the cheap kind).
*2 keys and the valet key.

What needs attention:
*You may notice some white, powdery spots on the carpet; this is baking soda. I spent close to a month finding and fixing water leaks and used baking soda to help deodorize the car after removing and washing the carpet.
*The previous owner seems to have had animals inside the car. There are places where the carpet is used up.
*The sunshade is missing. I love the sun, so it doesn’t bother me, but you may think otherwise.
*The driver’s sunvisor is starting to drop.
*General wear and tear in the inside and outside of the car: scratches, dents and related in body, wheels and lights; missing some covers and the front wheel liners; the door vinyl covers are starting to unglue; the seat covers need some TLC. I tried to picture all of these in detail so there are no surprises; please look at the pictures carefully.

All things considered, this is a great car, and I wish I could keep it. Please take a look and let me know if you have questions (clean title in hand). I have multiple videos that I can share too (cold start, driving, walk around, etc). Yes, I am a private seller :-), not a dealer, or a dealer pretending to be a private seller. Text me please, no phone calls.

Also, car will be sold as-is. Please do your due diligence, ask questions, realize that this not a museum quality car, etc before buying.
