Video shows a high speed chase on Interstate 95. The SUV was allegedly stolen. You can see the vehicle speeding away from Florida Highway Patrol State Troopers. As the vehicle speeds away, the driver clips another SUV with the rear quarter panel, essentially providing the police a free pit maneuver. The SUV spins and clips a guard rail in dramatic fashion.
