From exciting reveals to thrilling test drives, hit the road to Miami Beach for Miami International Auto Show 2022.
One of the largest shows of its kind in America and a cornerstone of Miami car culture, The Miami International Auto Show returns on October 15-23. The exhibition will cover over a million square feet at the Miami Beach Convention Center, bringing with it hundreds of new cars, trucks, SUVs, electric vehicles and crossovers. The show will also offer a number of “Ride and Drives,” where attendees can strap into their favorite car and take it for a spin.
The show began in 1971 and is sponsored by the South Florida Automobile Dealers Association. Over the show’s 50 years, it has raised over $7 million for local charities, most recently raising $400,000 for longtime partner the Ronald McDonald House.
Miami International Auto Show Presenters
The Miami International Auto Show traditionally draws around 300,000 attendees over its run, as well as automakers, classic car clubs and automobile enthusiasts from around the world. This year’s exhibitors include Acura, Alfa Romeo, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Nissan, Ram, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagon.
Things to Do: From Classic Rides to Test Drives

The Big Unveilings
Unveilings to be announced as the show draws closer.
Miami International Auto Show Parking
Limited valet parking is available at the convention center on a first come, first-served basis for $30. There is also a municipal garage just across 17th St. for $2 an hour, with a maximum daily rate of $20. Miami Beach has other city lots and garages nearby; you can see a full convention center parking map before you go.
COVID-19 Protocols
As with any large event, the Miami International Auto Show’s COVID-19 edition will look a little bit different. First, the show will have no physical box office, as all ticketing will be done online. Visitors will also find plexiglass dividers at all ticket-scanning stations and customer service centers.
Exhibitor booths and traffic flow will be spaced to encourage social distancing. And though masks will not be required, the show will adhere to all PPE guidelines set out by local authorities and the convention center.
