1986.5 PORSCHE 928S – VERY GOOD Condition.

This is a US model, the ‘86.5 models have the Combo of lighter chassis-body, 5.0L 32V V8, Bigger S4 Brembo Brakes. Runs Strong, Smooth & Tight, No Smoke.
Car was taken to Panama City, Panama in 2013 and stored (CAR IS CURRENTLY IN PANAMA AND CAN HELP WITH SHIPPING), I purchased the car from a guy that had it 4 years in storage, I practically “restored” it completely, has taken me some time to get all parts needed here to Panama and get the work done correctly, I was thinking of keeping for myself but have other needs at this time.
Engine was completely gone through meticulously, ALL hoses, seals, belts where replaced, water pump replaced, A/C Compressor replaced, Spark Plugs, Air & Fuel Filters, Oil Filter, transmission oil and filter, Timing belt, tensioners, Torque tube was updated with new improved bearings. No expense was spared, a lot of money and time invested. Will consider reasonable offers, but PLEASE see the car or have someone look at it for you.
Starts instantly & smooth, Rear A/C works
Everything works, windows, sunroof (works but I sealed it because it was leaking even after changing the seals, can be unsealed easily), pwr. mirrors, locks, lights in & out, chimes, horn, AC/Heat/Fan, wipers, ABS, dash lights, Gauges (fuel gauge works intermittently), Cig./Charger socket. It is NOT PERFECT nor CONCOURSE but I drive it daily.
Sound deadening mat was placed on the floor and tunnel prior to NEW carpet installation, seats where redone in Black Leather outer, perforated leather inner and Red Piping, NEW RED seat belts where placed instead of black ones.
ABS, AC, PS, Pwr. Seats, Sunroof, Kenwood CD Stereo w/2 Aux. input and Bluetooth, battery kill switch & NEW Dunlop tires, OE ’86 wheels/tires.
Fresh coat of paint was done as the original one was somewhat faded, we used Glasurit 3 Coats of paint and 2 of Clear.
No Collision history, CLEAN CAR FAX.
This 928S came with a Mercedes-Benz Sport Auto.Trans. -Very solid reliable.
The 928 was overlooked for many years by Porsche enthusiasts and where abandoned, very few are in this condition and are getting attention now. One of the pics is from Hagerty.
